COURSE AIM
To enhance the understanding of economic theory and to develop the student«s ability to perform independent economic analysis.

CONTENTS
The course deals with macroeconomic theory. Prevailing theory regarding economic variables such as inflation, unemployment, trade deficits/surpluses, exchange rates and budget deficits is studied. In addition, the impact of stabilization policy on the above variables will be examined.
