COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to give the student an introduction to basic concepts in marketing, service marketing and internal marketing.

CONTENTS
á Basic Marketing á Internal Marketing á Service Marketing The course provides basic knowledge concerning different aspects of modern marketing. One such aspect is internal marketing, where the firm aims at gaining acceptance for a strategy or a mode of operation within itŐs own organization. Here internal marketing is described as part of the industrial marketing aiming at long and stabile relations between seller and buyer. Service marketing is described out of itŐs importance in industrial marketing of both services and goods, i.e. in connection with system sales.

TEACHING
Lectures, cases and seminars.

EXAMINATION
Assignments and case studies. Compulsory attendance in 75% of outlined lectures.
