COURSE AIM
The course should strengthen the student«s vocational identity and increase the understanding of the group dynamical process which team work with different vocational groups go through. The students should together with other vocational groups be able to plan and work in a goal-directed activity where the focus is on the learning.

CONTENTS
The students should acquire knowledge about the significance of the vocational role working together with other vocational groups within pre-school - school - school-child care. The students should be able to protect each other«s qualifications. Together they should form the basis of a joint cognitive approach and develop a joint way to act with children.

TEACHING
Literature studies, different seminars and field studies.

EXAMINATION
The students are graded on group reports and literature seminars.
COURSE GRADE SCALE: Fail, Pass.
