PREREQUISITES

COURSE AIM
The course shall give a good knowledge about the demands on productions managers as well as a insight and hands on experience in methods and tools for production management.

CONTENTS
Design and functions of manufacturing systems (10%). Philosophies and strategies for the management of manufacturing systems, based on different situations and types of companies (25%). Productivity improvements (10%). Manufacturing resource planning - MRP II (15%). Production simulation (30%). Labour legislation, negotiations (10%).
