COURSE AIM
The course shall give a basic knowledge of machines and equipment for industrial manufacturing systems primarily automatic and integrated systems, and in building and control of such systems.

CONTENTS
Fundamentals of manufacturing and automation. Building blocks of automatic manufacturing systems. Automated material handling. Industrial robotics. Machine tools, jigs and fixtures. Control systems. Automated assembly.
