COURSE AIM
-The aim of the course it to give basic knowledge and increase ones understanding of the public administrations role and work, its powers and responsabillities as well as its relationship to politics and citizens.

CONTENTS
- Course A: The Public Administrations Organization. - Course B: Power, Government and Development. - Both courses treat in intended parts both the state as well as central, regional and local government administrations. - The central components of local government and administration law are touched upon as well as politicians and civil servants roles and how they work.
