COURSE AIM
To give the students pratice in planning, managing and presenting technical and/or administrative projects. The student will after he or she has finished the course be able to plan, manage and present his/her degree project in a satisfactory way.

CONTENTS
Managing scope, project organizations, teams, time, risk, stress, personal effectivity, quality and costs. Project start-up. Cooperation in group. Conflict solving. Modern leadership. The different themes are spread over one year with the main part in the start periode.
