COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to o give the students basic knowledge of how organizations are buildt and how they work. The course shall give more wide knowledge of how organizations can develop.

CONTENTS
The course covers fundamental findings of individual behaviour and theories of motivation. At the group level theoris of group performance will be discussed. During the course students also deal with with principles of organizing a workplace and ways to build effective organizational structures.
